As a(an) Master Craftsman with Chippenham Hospital you can be a part of an organization that is devoted to giving back! Job Summary and Qualifications What qualifications you will need: 1. Specialty craftsman type work i.e. cabinet making/repair, laminating, and standard and unique carpentry work. 2. Work independently and has leadership skills. 3. Constructs and repairs floors, walls, and doors. 4. Prepares bill of material for renovations and repairs. 5. Installs and repairs ceramic tiles. 6. Installs ceiling tile and grid. 7. Installs and repairs case work. 8. Uses power and hand tools. 9. Performs assigned area sweep and special projects as required.
EXPERIENCE
Required
  • 2 years working in hospitals. Required
  • 4 years as a finish carpenter and/or construction crew. Preferred
  • 2 years working with drywall, metal studs, and framing.
PREFERRED EDUCATION
Required
  • High school graduate. Preferred
  • Trade school graduate. Preferred
  • 4 years on job training.
