As a key leader on our team, you will manage daily operations on-site, supervise skilled tradespeople, and collaborate closely with project managers to deliver projects efficiently. Your expertise in diverse construction disciplines will drive project success from start to finish, fostering a safe, productive, and positive work environment. Responsibilities Lead and coordinate all aspects of construction projects, remodeling and restoration and residential construction. Supervise and mentor crews performing rebar installation, concrete finishing, framing carpentry, trim carpentry, and other skilled trades. Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to ensure precise execution of project plans. Operate or oversee the operation of heavy equipment and power tools safely and efficiently on-site. Ensure all work complies with safety regulations, building codes, and quality standards; conduct regular safety meetings and inspections. Manage material deliveries, inventory control, and coordination with suppliers to keep projects on schedule. Collaborate with project managers to plan workflows, allocate resources effectively, and troubleshoot issues promptly. Maintain detailed documentation of daily progress, safety incidents, change orders, and project milestones. Promote teamwork by fostering clear communication among team members and subcontractors. Experience Proven experience in construction management or supervisory roles within commercial or residential building projects. Extensive hands-on experience with metal building erection, concrete forming techniques, rebar installation, masonry work, roofing systems, siding installation, plastering, woodworking, framing carpentry (including woodwork), drywall (including metal stud framing), stucco application, and restoration projects. Skilled in blueprint reading and working with schematics for complex construction plans. Proficiency in operating heavy equipment such as forklifts or cranes is preferred. Strong knowledge of safety protocols related to heavy lifting, power tools usage, scaffolding setup, and site hazard mitigation. Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail in fast-paced environments. Excellent communication skills for coordinating teams and liaising with clients or project stakeholders.
