The foreman will also handle project documentation and problem-solving, with occasional local travel between job sites and regular client meetings. Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate medium to small concrete crews (up to 15 workers) Manage project schedules and ensure timely completion Oversee quality control to meet construction standards Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols and regulations Coordinate material delivery and site logistics Maintain accurate project documentation Address and resolve on-site problems promptly Participate in regular client meetings with minimal direct client contact Preferred Qualifications 4+ years of experience in construction supervision High school diploma or equivalent Proficient in concrete pouring techniques and blueprint reading Knowledge of safety management and team leadership Skilled in construction equipment operation Strong problem-solving and communication skills Effective time management and quality control abilities Company Description Bridgeman Civil is a general contractor that specializes in the construction of large-diameter utility pipelines and infrastructure projects.
