Duties Erect frameworks with accuracy and adherence to schematics and blueprints Manage masonry work such as stucco, siding, plastering, and trim carpentry to enhance structural integrity and aesthetics Operate power tools, hand tools, heavy equipment, and scaffolding safely to facilitate construction activities Read blueprints and schematics to interpret project specifications and execute tasks accordingly Install drywall, and perform remodeling or restoration work as needed Collaborate with team members on framing, carpentry, metal stud framing, and other structural components while ensuring safety protocols are followed Requirements Proven experience in metal building erection, concrete forming, masonry, or related construction fields Strong knowledge of construction management principles and site safety procedures Ability to operate heavy equipment and power tools confidently and safely Skilled in blueprint reading, schematics interpretation, and technical drawings Experience with rebar installation, concrete finishing, roofing, siding, plastering or stucco work is highly desirable Capable of heavy lifting and performing physically demanding tasks throughout the workday Familiarity with various hand tools such as saws, drills, hammers along with woodworking skills including framing and trim carpentry Valid experience working on construction sites with a focus on quality craftsmanship and safety standards Join our team as a where your expertise will directly impact the success of our projects!
