Kotarides Companies is seeking a highly motivated individual to serve as a Construction Trades Assistant for our rapidly growing company. Kotarides takes pride in managing a portfolio of over 4,500 apartments with exceptional customer service. Ideal candidate should have the following experience: Willing to learn the principles, methods, tools, and equipment used in the construction trades. Kitchen and bathroom remodeling experience Rough/finish carpentry and cabinet installation Drywall repair and finishing skills /repair and interior/exterior paint Basic Electrical, Plumbing and HVAC Work with blueprints or instructions from Supervisors Knowledge of arithmetic, basic geometry, and their applications to construction trades. Attention to detail, quality and cleanliness. Ability to work at elevated heights. Must be able to travel within

Virginia and North Carolina Qualifications:

Previous Trades or Construction experience a plus, Must have own hand tools. Driver's License and reliable transportation required.
