Job Description
To be hired as a Master Carpenter you must be an expert in all aspects of carpentry, with the experience, skills and tools of a master craftsman. Must have the ability to read blueprints, do layout work, including complicated stairs and a comprehensive ability to use both framing square and calculator to solve hipvalleyjack rafters. Must possess the ability to build items with intricate trim in timely manner. Must be able to work with others in both large and small groups, and act as mentor and leader for all carpenters. Wages based on experience.
We have various carpenter classifications from framing carpenters to finish carpenters Transportation to our job sites or at least to our Derby location if possible, you can ride in our trucks to the out-of-town projects.
We can also pick up individuals at some at some designated locations on the way to the projects We provide all power tools, hard hats, ear and eye protection.
You will need to provide carpenters tool pouch, tape, hammer and other various hand tools
Non sneaker appropriate work shoesboots required.
If you have had the OSHA 10 hour training that's a plus if not we will get you signed up. and
