Our projects range from one of a kind furniture pieces and spaces, to whole home remodels and new home construction. Over the last several years we have focused our efforts on developing great relationships with clients and have found a core group of individuals who help us make ideas come to life. Due to our client first mentality, and our understanding that without them we could not feed our families, we have found ourselves with too many projects and are now unable to meet the demand. Our projects stretch from Port Gamble to Silverdale with the majority of our work located on Bainbridge Island. We are a creative group, who look to problem solve and participate in design as well as construction. We take pride in what we do, and we don't cut corners. Job Overview We are seeking skilled Carpenters (as well as hard working individuals just hungry to learn) to join our team. Ideal candidates will have a strong background in various forms of carpentry and be able to read and interpret plans. These individuals will also able to make sound decisions based on experience as it relates to in the moment field work, or at least be open and humble enough to take a step back and ask the question when needed. These positions require detail-oriented individuals, who can work independently as well as part of a team. Were looking for people who can ensure high-quality craftsmanship and take pride in their work. Responsibilities

• Working with clients to help them achieve their vision.
• Treating clients, colleague and subcontractors with kindness and respect
• Supporting and/or leading colleagues to accomplishing a goal based on familiarity with the job, and role within.
• Sketching, communicating, expressing ideas that contribute to more positive outcomes within a project.
• Maintain a clean and organized shop/jobsite.
• Being present/punctual when needed, communicating in advance when unavailable.
• Be able to safely operate tools and equipment, and be able to ask for help when/if needed.
• Provide some tools.
• Regardless of experience, be thirsty to learn, grow, and get better. Qualifications
• Must have own means of transportation.
• Clean driving record to operate company vehicles.
• Pervious customer service experience a plus.
• Must be able to meet the physical demands of the job.
• We track time with workforce, a cell phone with the intuit app is required
