What We're Looking For:

We are seeking self-motivated, dependable Lead carpenters with a positive attitude who are eager to contribute to our team's success. Experience with leading a team building cedar and composite decks is required—what matters most is your willingness to learn and grow in your craft.

Key Responsibilities:

Build and install high-end decks, patio covers, outdoor kitchens, fences, and other structures. Collaborate with team members to ensure quality workmanship with an eye for detail and timely project completion Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment Troubleshoot and solve problems efficiently on the job

Qualifications:

Valid Washington State driver's license with a clean driving record is

REQUIRED

Construction experience required (decks or fences) Reliable transportation to and from the job site Ability to lift and carry up to 75 pounds Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Dependability and a strong work ethic
