What You'll Do:

Assist on job sites with a variety of residential tasks Support our Superintendent and sub-contractors with day-to-day tasks and labor Perform basic tasks like installing hardware, caulking, picking up framing material, digging, laying ram board, etc. Assess work details, identify needed fixes, and flag quality issues to ensure high standards are met Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site Handle material pickups, deliveries, and/or dump runs when needed Log and report mileage for gas reimbursement

Requirements:

Working knowledge of standard construction tools and job site safety practices Willingness to learn, take direction, and problem-solve on the fly Strong communication skills and ability to work well with a team Access to a truck or van equipped with a roof rack, capable of transporting large construction materials (lumber, sheet goods, etc.) Valid driver's license and current auto insurance for travel between job sites Ability to pass a background check Physical stamina to perform manual labor, including lifting heavy materials as needed Punctual, professional, and respectful of client homes and job sites Must be legally authorized to work in the
