Our projects emphasize craftsmanship, attention to detail, and exceptional client service. We are looking for an experienced carpenter who takes pride in quality work and wants to be part of a professional, team-oriented company building some of the region's finest homes. Position Overview We are seeking a skilled carpenter with strong experience in custom residential construction. The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, and capable of producing high-quality work independently and alongside a team. This position involves a wide range of carpentry tasks on luxury custom homes, from framing and exterior work to high-end interior finishes. Responsibilities- Perform high-quality rough and finish carpentry
- Read and interpret plans and specifications
- Install doors, windows, trim, cabinetry, siding, and custom details
- Assist with framing, blocking, backing, and layout work
- Maintain clean, organized, and safe job sites
- Coordinate effectively with superintendents, subcontractors, and other team members
- Ensure work meets company quality standards
- Troubleshoot field conditions and solve problems proactively Qualifications
- 7+ years of residential carpentry experience preferred
- Experience with high-end custom homes strongly preferred
- Strong understanding of construction methods and sequencing
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Skilled with power tools and carpentry equipment
- Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Ability to communicate professionally with team members and homeowners Preferred Experience
- Finish carpentry and detailed trim work
- Blueprint reading
- Remodel and custom home experience
