With a strong backlog of work and year-round projects, we're looking for skilled Foreman and Journeyman Carpenters who can make an immediate impact on our production team. We offer daily in-person interviews , fast hiring decisions, and consistent work throughout the year. Our office conveniently located in Lynnwood, WA , Winchester Construction provides a professional, safety-focused environment where talented craftspeople can build rewarding careers.
