We are seeking a dedicated and experienced carpenter to manage our crew carpenters and work with our project manager with subcontractors, and vendors. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in orchestrating all aspects of our job sites, ensuring efficient project execution and maintaining strong relationships with clients and team members. Applicant must have 3-5 years experience running more than one job site at a time.

Key Responsibilities:

3-5+ years of carpentry experience, finish carpentry skills is preferred as well. Provide own tools (hand and power) that is customary for a Journey Level Carpenter Proficient with operating power tools safely Knowledgeable at reading plans and blueprints Thorough knowledge of all construction trades and the ability to supervise and manage all construction trades. Proficient with time management and scheduling Strong leadership ability with crew and eager to train Solid communication and interpersonal skills (verbal and written), Spanish is a bonus Ability to work well on a team and individually Must hold a valid Washington state driver's license, along with good driving record. Reliable transportation Qualifications Strong knowledge and understanding of general remodel carpentry and techniques. Willingness to work across all phases of a remodel, from demolition to the finishing phase. Good driving record and reliable transportation. Must possess personal tools (cordless drills/saws, nail bags, hand tools, compressor, etc.).

Physical Requirements:

Frequent standing, walking, and sitting. Ability to lift and carry up to 20 pounds regularly, and up to 50 pounds occasionally. Must be able to work on feet for extended periods and perform physically demanding duties associated with remodel projects.
