Job Description

Experienced Finish Carpenter Ball Construction | Spokane, WA Ball Construction is a growing, high-end general contractor specializing in custom homes, luxury renovations, commercial projects, and detailed architectural woodworking. We are looking for an experienced Finish Carpenter who takes pride in craftsmanship, values teamwork, and enjoys solving challenging construction details. If you're the type of carpenter who notices when a reveal is off by 1/16", cares about the finished product, and wants to work alongside skilled professionals who share that mindset, we'd like to talk with you. What You'll Do Install high-end finish carpentry, millwork, cabinetry, doors, trim, and architectural details Perform remodeling, framing, and general carpentry tasks as needed Read plans and execute work accurately and efficiently Work closely with project superintendents and fellow craftsmen to solve field challenges Maintain a clean, organized, and safe jobsite Record daily work activities through our project management software Help ensure projects meet Ball Construction's quality standards What We're Looking For 5+ years of finish carpentry experience Experience with high-end residential remodeling, custom homes, cabinetry installation, and detailed trim work preferred Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship Ability to work independently and as part of a team Positive attitude and willingness to learn Ability to read plans and follow project specifications Reliable transportation and basic hand tools Valid driver's license What We Offer Four-day work week (Monday-Thursday, 7:00 AM-5:00 PM) (Three-day weekends every week!)
