Must be a good communicator to interact with crews, project managers and project stakeholders. Responsible for attending weekly crew huddles and adherence to proper safety standards. Must be able to problem solve and deal with old and new construction tie ins, we do a lot of additions on 100 plus year old houses that present unique challenges. A positive attitude is a must. Duties:
```
  • Measure, cut, and assemble wood and other materials according to blueprints and specifications
  • Construct and install frameworks, including walls, floors, and roofs
  • Install windows, doors, and siding
  • Collaborate with other construction professionals to ensure project completion
  • Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean work area ```
Skills:

  • Experience in remodeling and construction projects
  • Proficiency in operating heavy equipment
  • Knowledge of power tools and their safe operation
  • Ability to restore damaged structures
  • Capability to perform heavy lifting as required
  • Proficient in trim carpentry techniques
  • Strong ability to build structures accurately and efficiently
