In this pivotal role, you will oversee remodeling projects from start to finish, ensuring quality craftsmanship, adherence to safety standards, and timely completion. Your expertise in carpentry and construction will drive the success of diverse renovation initiatives, transforming spaces with precision and professionalism. This is an exciting opportunity for a hands-on leader passionate about delivering exceptional results in the restoration and remodeling industry. Duties Lead and coordinate remodeling projects, including framing, trim carpentry, cabinet installation, door hanging, siding, flooring installation, drywall, and painting Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to accurately execute project plans. Supervise and mentor crew members, assigning tasks efficiently while maintaining high safety standards. Utilize hand tools, power tools, perform precise carpentry work. Manage construction estimating processes and material procurement to ensure project budgets are maintained. Ensure all work complies with building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards; conduct inspections throughout each phase of the project. Qualifications Proven experience in construction, framing carpentry, trim carpentry, cabinetry installation, and remodeling projects. Strong knowledge of blueprint reading, framing, electrical experience, plumbing, masonry, and flooring/tile laying. Skilled in using hand tools, and power tools Demonstrated ability to lead a team on construction sites with excellent organizational and communication skills. Familiarity with the restoration industry industry standards is a plus.
