We complete kitchens, bathrooms, additions, structural repairs, ADUs, and full home remodels throughout the South Sound. We have steady year-round work and are hiring an Experienced Lead Carpenter . We are specifically looking for a well-rounded carpenter who can run projects independently and lead a crew when assigned . This is a hands-on position. You will be building daily, not just managing subcontractors.

PAY:

$35

• $40 per hour DOE (depending on experience and leadership ability) Consistent 40-hour weeks with year-round work, and mid-year and end of year performance reviews.

THE ROLE

Work solo on smaller projects Lead apprentices or carpenters when directed Communicate directly with homeowners Coordinate with subs and project managers Solve field problems and keep projects moving

TYPICAL WORK

Kitchen & bathroom remodels Structural framing, beams, and wall modifications Doors, windows, siding, and decks Interior trim and finish carpentry Demo and jobsite prep Layout for plumbing/electrical/HVAC trades Punch lists and final details

REQUIREMENTS

Valid driver's license, auto insurance and reliable transportation Agreement to background check and driving abstract 5+ years residential construction experience Strong general carpentry skills (rough and finish) Ability to work without supervision Ability to direct and teach others Professional communication in occupied homes Basic hand tools and PPE Comfortable using a smartphone for timeclock, photos and job communication
