Position Overview We are looking for a Lead Carpenter / Crew Lead who can take ownership on job sites, keep projects moving, and help us grow. This is a hands-on role, not a sit-back-and-manage position. You'll be working in the field daily while also helping coordinate work, communicate issues, and keep jobs running smoothly. This is an opportunity for the right person to grow into a larger leadership role as the company expands. What You'll Be Doing Lead and assist with residential construction projects (roofing, siding, decks, garages) Keep job sites organized, efficient, and moving forward Communicate daily progress, issues, and material needs Work directly with the owner to execute projects properly Help coordinate helpers or subcontractors when needed Ensure quality standards are met on every job. Solve problems every single day in the field without constant supervision. What We're Looking For Strong hands-on experience in construction (carpentry, roofing, siding, or similar) Ability to take initiative and think ahead Reliable, consistent, and shows up ready to work. Good communication—no guessing, no disappearing. Takes pride in doing clean, solid work Comfortable leading others when needed. Valid driver's license and transportation What We're NOT Looking For Someone who needs to be told what to do every 10 minutes Someone who cuts corners or rushes through work Someone who avoids responsibility or accountability Pay & Growth Opportunity Pay based on experience and ability (typically $25
