Overview We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated person to join our dynamic construction team. In this role, you will be instrumental in executing a wide range of building projects, ensuring quality craftsmanship and adherence to safety standards. Your expertise will contribute to the successful completion of diverse construction tasks, from framing and masonry to finishing touches that bring projects to life. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on challenging projects that demand precision, teamwork, and a passion for construction excellence. Responsibilities Operate power tools, hand tools, heavy equipment, and scaffolding safely and efficiently on-site Read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to accurately interpret project specifications Conduct roofing, siding, trim carpentry, and woodworking tasks with attention to detail Support remodeling and restoration projects by applying carpentry skills such as framing and trim work Collaborate with team members on heavy lifting operations and the operation of heavy machinery to meet project deadlines Ensure all work complies with safety standards and construction codes while maintaining a clean job site Experience Experience in construction site environments with a focus on carpentry Ability to operate hand tools, power tools, scaffolding, and heavy equipment safely Knowledge of blueprint reading, schematics interpretation, and technical drawings Familiarity with various construction disciplines including roofing, siding, and restoration projects Prior experience in construction management or supervisory roles is a plus but not required Ability to perform heavy lifting consistently while maintaining safety protocols Excellent teamwork skills combined with a proactive attitude toward problem-solving in fast-paced settings Join us if you're passionate about building high-quality structures with precision craftsmanship.
