Carpenter / Laborer

Job Overview:

We are seeking Carpenters/Laborers and/or Crew Leaders to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in various aspects of residential carpentry and labor work, including framing, siding, and finish carpentry in the residential market.

Duties:

• Perform carpentry tasks such as framing and siding of custom homes
• Conduct general labor duties including picking materials, shop clean-up, jobsite clean-up, tool and equipment clean-up.
• Follow safety protocols and guidelines on job sites
• Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently
• Lead a framing or siding crew and delegate tasks to capable crew members
• Read blueprints
• Read truss plans

Requirements:

• Proven experience in carpentry and residential construction, ideally single family homes.
• Proficiency in various carpentry skills such as framing and siding.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail and quality craftsmanship
• Physical stamina to handle manual labor tasks
• Knowledge of tools and equipment used in carpentry and labor work
