What You Will Do:
You will be the on-site leader, ensuring projects move from structural framing to final touches with precision.
Rough Carpentry:
Perform demolition, structural rough framing, rafter installation, and stair building.
Structural Work:
Install beams, headers, LVLs, and other structural components.
Finish Carpentry:
Execute high-end millwork installation including doors, cabinets, trim, and crown molding.
Site Leadership:
Lead on-site activities, ensuring strict adherence to blueprints, specs, and safety codes.
Exterior Projects:
Build and manage exterior features such as porches, decks, and pergolas.
Planning:
Interpret and review construction plans daily to maintain 100% installation accuracy.
Collaboration:
Work with the team to deliver top-tier remodeling projects efficiently.
Qualifications:
Experience:
Minimum 6 years of rough carpentry/structural framing experience (Required).
Finish Skills:
At least 6 years of finish carpentry experience is strongly preferred.
Leadership:
Strong ability to lead job sites and manage workflow.
Technical Skills:
Skilled in reading and executing complex construction plans.
Tools:
Must own tools required for rough and finish carpentry tasks.
Physical:
Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and work in physically demanding environments.
Requirements:
