Job Description:

We're a small, family-owned remodeling company based out of Luck, WI, and we're looking for a carpenter to join our crew. I'm Andrew — I've been swinging a hammer since I was 12 years old, and I built this company from the ground up. We do residential remodeling, windows, doors, siding, kitchens, bathrooms, and more across Polk, Burnett, St. Croix, and Barron Counties. We also travel to MN for some projects. We've got a 5.0 client rating because we actually care about the work we do and the people we do it for. Right now it's a two-man operation, and I'm looking to bring on someone who takes pride in their craft, shows up ready to work, and wants to grow with us long-term. What you'll be doing:

• Trim work and finish carpentry
• Window and door installation
• General remodeling tasks (interior and exterior)
• Working directly alongside the owner on job sites What I'm looking for:
• Some carpentry experience — trim and finish work especially
• Good eye for detail and quality
• Reliable, honest, and hardworking
• Local to NW Wisconsin (Polk, Burnett, St. Croix, or Barron County) — no relocation available What you'll get:
• $20•30/hr depending on experience•W-2 payroll•Overtime at 1.
