Carpenter/Laborer Fix Fast Flip LLC Milwaukee, WI Job Details Full-time | Contract $18 - $30 an hour 1 day ago Qualifications Siding Teamwork Heavy lifting Rebar installation Attention to detail Full Job Description Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and skilled Carpenter/Laborer to join our dynamic construction team. In this role, you will be actively involved in a variety of carpentry and labor tasks that contribute to the successful completion of diverse projects. Your energy, attention to detail, and hands-on expertise will help us deliver high-quality craftsmanship on time and within scope. This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills across multiple facets of construction while working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Responsibilities Assist with framing, trim carpentry, siding, roofing, and drywall installation to ensure structural integrity and aesthetic appeal Operate hand tools, power tools, CNC machinery, and fabrication equipment safely and efficiently Read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to accurately execute project plans Perform concrete forming, rebar installation, masonry work, and tile laying as required by project specifications Install fixtures such as cabinets, doors, windows, and hardware with precision and care Support restoration projects including water damage remediation, plastering, stucco application, and mold remediation Conduct heavy lifting and physical tasks necessary for construction site progress while maintaining safety standards Qualifications Proven experience in construction or carpentry roles with familiarity in framing, trim carpentry, roofing, siding, or related fields Skilled in the use of hand tools, power tools, scaffolding, and safety equipment on construction sites Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings accurately Knowledge of construction estimating processes and blueprint reading techniques is a plus Experience with metal stud framing, drywall installation, fixture installation, or flooring is desirable Strong physical stamina with the ability to perform heavy lifting and work at heights or in confined spaces as needed Prior experience in restoration industry projects or water damage restoration is advantageous Join us to build exceptional structures while advancing your career in a vibrant environment that values craftsmanship and teamwork.
