Lead Carpenter / Foreman Milwaukee, WI Area | $30-$40/hr + Company Vehicle Our client, a well-established Wisconsin construction company with over 40 years of success, is seeking an experienced Lead Carpenter / Foreman to support continued growth throughout the Greater Milwaukee and Southeast Wisconsin markets. This is an excellent opportunity for a senior-level carpenter looking to step into a leadership role with a company that values craftsmanship, teamwork, and long-term employee success. What You'll Do Lead commercial and residential construction projects from the field Supervise and mentor carpenters and laborers Perform rough and finish carpentry, steel stud framing, and layout work Coordinate with project teams to ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and with high-quality workmanship What We're Looking For 5+ years of carpentry experience, preferably in a lead or foreman capacity Experience with commercial steel stud framing, rough carpentry, and finish carpentry Ability to read blueprints and perform layout work Strong leadership and communication skills OSHA certification preferred Compensation & Benefits $30-$40/hour based on experience Potential for a Company vehicle to be provided Gas/mileage allowance Profit sharing program 401(k) Medical, dental, and vision insurance (50% employer-paid) Optional overtime and weekend work available at premium pay rates Stable year-round work with a respected Wisconsin contractor
