The ideal candidate will possess a broad skill set across multiple trades, including carpentry, roofing, plumbing, electrical work, and more. Seeking trust-worthy individuals that are capable of installing a wide variety of items including but not limited to; cabinets & counter-tops, sinks, vanities, tub enclosures, doors, flooring, baseboards, shoe moulding, light fixtures, outlets, and switches. Seeking self-motivated individuals that are willing to do what it takes to get a job 100% complete. Responsibilities Utilize basic hand tools and power tools Set & make appointments with customers/tenants Diagnose basic issues Install a variety of items amongst different trades Maintain detailed project documentation. Qualifications Experience in multiple trades including carpentry, roofing, plumbing, electrical work, and/or related fields. Solution oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously Truck/van required Valid Driver's License Must have good communication skills Flexible work schedule Weekend availability if needed
