Skilled Carpenter / Lead Carpenter (W‑2, Full-Time)

$25-$30/hr (based on experience)

Mon-Fri (8-4 or 9-5)

Milwaukee + SE Wisconsin We are hiring a skilled carpenter who can run a jobsite, read plans, and handle a wide range of residential remodeling work. If you're mechanically skilled, reliable, and take pride in quality workmanship, we'd like to talk. What you'll do Perform residential remodeling work across all phases (rough to finish) Read plans, layout work, and execute to spec Run a jobsite day-to-day: coordinate tasks, keep the job moving, communicate clearly Problem-solve on site and handle mechanical/field conditions confidently Maintain a clean, safe jobsite and professional customer experience Requirements Extensive residential construction knowledge and the ability to run a jobsite Strong mechanical skills and problem-solving ability Ability to read plans Must have a tool belt, basic hand tools, and basic battery tools (impact, Sawzall, oscillating tool, etc.) Must have a vehicle and reliable transportation Able to lift 50 lbs What you'll get Full-time W‑2 position Steady work and clear schedule Good team, professional operation, and quality-focused projects How to apply Send a short summary of your experience (especially any lead/foreman experience), where you're located, and your availability.
