Salary :
$21.55/hour - Salary is Negotiable (Employees will receive 5% below the negotiated pay rate during their probationary status.)
Responsible To :
Maintenance Supervisor Summary :
Construct, renovate, modify and assemble residential building and structure components. The candidate will be required to take carpentry tests and acquire additional classroom training as needed/required. Continuation of this position is contingent upon funding allocations.
Minimum Qualifications :
Applicants please clearly state how you meet these qualifications on the application/resume. High School Diploma, HSED Diploma or GED Certification; applicants age fifty (50) and older are exempt from this requirement; three (3) years of work experience in construction residential carpentry trades; and/or a combination of education and experience may be considered.
