Job Description

Position Summary / Purpose Carpenters are essential to delivering high-quality craftsmanship across custom home builds and remodeling projects. The ideal candidate takes pride in their work, values attention to detail, and is committed to maintaining a safe, clean, and professional job site. Our crews are currently working Monday through Thursday, with Fridays as needed. Perform on-site construction, installation, and repair of structures and fixtures Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and project specifications Communicate effectively with the project lead and team members Submit daily logs and updates using company software (JobTread) Measure, cut, and assemble materials with accuracy and precision Safely operate and maintain hand and power tools Assist with custom home builds, remodels, and prefabricated structures Follow instructions from supervisors while also working independently when needed Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site at all times Follow all company safety policies and procedures Contribute to high-quality finished projects Work as part of a team and with many different people Qualifications - Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Previous carpentry experience, preferably in residential Ability to read and follow blueprints and construction plans Proficiency with measuring tools, hand tools, and power equipment Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Strong work ethic and attention to detail Problem solving skills and troubleshooting Positive attitude and willingness to be part of a team Commitment to learning and growing within the trade Work Environment & Physical Requirements Ability to work on ladders and scaffolding Comfortable working in various weather conditions Ability to lift, carry, and move materials as needed Heavy equipment skills, such as SkyTrak, fork lift, dump trailer, preferred but not required
