Carpenter

Job Description This role focuses on both rough and finish carpentry, as well as related trades such as drywall, flooring, and specialties installation. The position requires strong technical skills, the ability to read and interpret construction documents, and a safety-first mindset while working across diverse project types and industries. Responsibilities Perform selective demolition in preparation for new construction or renovation work while protecting existing finishes and systems. Carry out progress clean-up throughout the project and assist with final cleaning to ensure spaces are ready for turnover. Execute rough carpentry tasks, including rough framing and wall layout, in accordance with project plans and specifications. Perform finish carpentry, including installation of trim, crown molding, casework, and other detailed finish components to a high standard of quality. Install commercial doors and hardware, ensuring proper alignment, operation, and compliance with project requirements. Complete drywall patching, finishing, and painting to blend seamlessly with existing surfaces. Perform miscellaneous flooring repairs and vinyl base patching as required by the project scope. Install project specialties, such as accessories and fixtures, according to manufacturer instructions and drawings. Job Type & Location This is a Permanent position based out of Reedsburg, WI. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $40.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
