Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Carpenter / Laborer to join our dynamic construction team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on diverse projects, from framing and trim carpentry to restoration and remodeling. As a key contributor on the job site, you will utilize your carpentry skills and labor experience to help build, repair, and restore structures efficiently and safely. This paid position is ideal for individuals eager to develop their craft, work with a variety of tools, and contribute to high-quality construction projects in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Assist with framing, trim carpentry, and door hanging to ensure precise and durable results Operate hand tools, power tools, and CNC machinery safely and effectively across multiple tasks Read blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings to accurately execute project specifications Perform heavy lifting, material handling, and site cleanup to maintain a safe and organized work environment Support concrete forming, rebar installation, masonry work, roofing, siding, and stucco applications as needed Aid in fixture installation, cabinetry setup, flooring installation, tile laying, and electrical or plumbing tasks Contribute to restoration projects including water damage remediation, mold remediation, water damage restoration, and general renovation efforts Experience Prior experience working on construction sites with hands-on knowledge of carpentry techniques and tools Familiarity with blueprint reading and schematics for accurate project execution Experience with various construction trades such as framing, trim carpentry, roofing, masonry, or drywall preferred Knowledge of safety protocols related to heavy lifting, scaffolding, power tools, and site hazard prevention Ability to perform physical tasks including heavy lifting and prolonged standing or walking throughout the day Previous work in restoration industry settings or remodeling projects is advantageous Basic understanding of electrical or plumbing systems is a plus but not required Join us in building quality structures while advancing your skills in a supportive environment that values craftsmanship and safety.
