Stratford Homes is seeking a dependable and motivated Home Building Technician to join our production team. This is a full-time, hands-on role in a manufacturing environment focused on building high-quality custom homes. Team members are assigned to a specific department (such as framing, drywall, electrical, roofing, or finishing) and play a key role in the home building process while maintaining high standards of craftsmanship and safety .

What You'll Do:

Assist in the construction of custom modular homes Operate hand and power tools safely Work within an assigned department while supporting team production goals Maintain quality standards and follow building codes Contribute to a safe and efficient work environment

Qualifications:

Construction experience preferred but not required Strong work ethic and reliability Ability to work in a team environment
