We are seeking an experienced Lead Carpenter who can execute high-quality work while directing a crew, maintaining safety standards, and ensuring projects stay on schedule. Monday-Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. - Waukesha locations

What You'll Do:
Build and install decks, pavers, screened porches, and outdoor features. Deliver quality workmanship with attention to detail. Collaborate with team members and communicate with homeowners. Lead and support the carpentry crew on site. progress to supervisor daily. Delegate tasks to maintain workflow and meet deadlines. Provide customer service and uphold a professional attitude. Stay informed about new construction methods, tools, and materials. Adhere strictly to established safety protocols and ensure a safe, organized work environment at all times.
We Are Looking For:
Strong leadership skills with the ability to train and guide others Effective verbal and written communication skills Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple project needs Comfortable working in various outdoor conditions year-round Team-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving Knowledge of carpentry best practices and techniques Precision in measuring, cutting, and shaping materials. Proficient in using electrical and hand tools as well as measurement tools Perform physical labor and comfortable working with heights To qualify for the role, you must have: High school diploma or equivalent 4-6 years of carpentry experience, with supervisory or leadership experience preferred. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
