What You'll Be Doing Framing walls, ceilings, soffits, stair openings, and structural modifications Layout and rough carpentry for kitchens, basements, additions, and remodels Reading plans and executing work accurately Demolition and site preparation Installing backing, blocking, subfloors, and rough structural components Working alongside Project Managers, Designers, and subcontractors Identifying field issues before they become bigger problems Maintaining clean, safe, organized jobsites Helping projects stay on schedule through strong communication and teamwork What Makes This Position Different We Actually Plan Projects
