About us Michael F Simon Builders is a fourth generation construction company serving Dane County for over 133 years. Join the team and build/remodel some awesome homes! Simon Builders was also the Wisconsin Builders Association's 2022 Builder of the Year! Are you a Rockstar carpenter who's tired of being underpaid, undervalued, and underappreciated? Do you dream of working with a team of like-minded craftsmen who share your passion for creating beautiful, functional, and enduring woodwork with a zero punchlist? If so, we should talk! As a member of our team, you'll be building and remodeling some of the nicest homes in the greater Madison area that are sure to challenge your skills and creativity. We're looking for someone who's not afraid to take on a leadership role, has carpentry experience, and thoroughly understands building plans. We work on high end homes, so you'll need a valid license, clean background, live in the greater Madison area, and are ok with random drug testing.
