Overview We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated to join our dynamic construction team. In this role, you will be instrumental in executing a wide range of building projects, ensuring quality craftsmanship, safety, and efficiency on every site. Your expertise will help bring construction visions to life, from framing and metal building erection to finishing touches that elevate the final product. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on diverse projects, develop your skills, and contribute to the creation of durable, high-quality structures. Responsibilities Lead and assist in metal building erection, ensuring structural integrity and adherence to schematics Perform concrete forming, finishing, and rebar installation to meet project specifications Manage and execute masonry work, including bricklaying, stucco application, and siding installation Operate power tools and heavy equipment safely and efficiently across various construction tasks Read blueprints and schematics accurately to guide framing, carpentry, roofing, and remodeling activities Conduct roofing, drywall, plastering, and trim carpentry to achieve precise finishes Support restoration projects by applying appropriate techniques for structural repairs and renovations Collaborate with team members on site safety protocols and ensure compliance with all safety standards Requirements Proven experience in metal building erection, concrete forming, masonry, carpentry or related construction fields Skilled in rebar installation, concrete finishing, roofing, siding, and plastering techniques Ability to operate hand tools, power tools, heavy equipment safely and effectively Strong knowledge of blueprint reading and schematics interpretation for diverse construction tasks Experience with metal stud framing, framing carpentry, trim carpentry, and woodworking projects Physical ability for heavy lifting, working at heights on scaffolding or ladders, and long periods of standing or walking Familiarity with construction site safety practices and OSHA regulations is preferred Join us if you're passionate about building excellence!
