Job Description

Overland Diving Services is hiring a full-time certified commercial diver to join our team. We're a Colorado-based dive contractor specializing in marine construction and potable water infrastructure. Our work spans tank inspections and cleaning, structural repairs, pipeline work, mechanical component replacement, and emergency response, serving municipalities, utilities, and infrastructure owners across the region. We operate with an ADCI-certified dive team, surface-supplied air systems, and a no-shortcuts safety culture. Experience level is open. disinfection procedures Underwater construction Structural repairs and retrofits on submerged infrastructure Pipeline inspection, repair, and replacement Valve, mechanical component, and appurtenance repair/replacement Intake and outfall structure repair Underwater demolition, removal, rigging, and heavy lift operations General field duties Serve as diver, tender, dive control depending on crew assignment Participate in pre-dive planning and daily safety briefs Operate and maintain diving equipment and surface support systems Assist with high-resolution photo/video documentation and field reports Travel to job sites across Colorado and occasionally beyond Requirements ADCI-recognized commercial diving certification Current commercial diving physical (or ability to pass) First aid / CPR / oxygen provider certification Valid driver's license with clean driving record Familiarity with surface-supplied air diving systems Strong commitment to safety Able to work in confined, physically demanding, variable field conditions Reliable, detail-oriented, and a solid team player Preferred qualifications Experience in potable water, municipal infrastructure, or underwater construction Knowledge of AWWA standards or
OSHA 29 CFR 1910
Subpart T Rigging, heavy lift, or confined space dive experience ROV operation experience CDL or experience towing equipment trailers We strongly prefer candidates based in Colorado or willing to relocate independently. Pay:
$22.00 - $35.00 per hour
