Job Description

Job Summary Join our dynamic team as a Junk Removal Driver and become a vital part of transforming cluttered spaces into clean, organized environments! In this energetic role, you will operate trucks and trailers to safely load, transport, and unload unwanted debris, furniture, and other bulky items from residential and commercial locations. Duties Safely operate box trucks with automatic transmission to pick up and deliver junk items across designated routes. Load and unload debris, furniture, and other materials using heavy lifting techniques and equipment such as pallet jacks or forklifts when necessary. Provide excellent customer service by interacting professionally with clients during pickups and drop-offs. Plan efficient routes to maximize productivity and ensure timely service delivery. Assist with warehouse organization, including loading supplies and managing inventory for pickups. Ensure all safety protocols are followed during driving, loading, and unloading activities to prevent accidents or injuries. Maintain cleanliness of trucks and equipment, performing routine inspections before and after each shift. Experience Previous experience as a driver with truck and trailer or courier is highly desirable, especially with route driving in busy environments. Hands-on experience with commercial driving, including operating box trucks or similar vehicles. Familiarity with warehouse operations, heavy lifting, moving furniture or bulky items, and using equipment like forklifts or pallet jacks. Strong customer service skills to communicate effectively with clients and address their needs professionally. Ability to perform physical tasks involving heavy lifting and moving throughout the workday. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; commercial driver's license (CDL) is a plus but not required.
