Position Profile:
I am looking for an experienced, reliable part-time Cleaning Technician to take over a steady group of regular local accounts. This solo position is perfect for an autonomous professional who genuinely loves detailed cleaning, tidying, and working comfortably around wonderful local families, kids, and pets.
The Weekly Schedule:
Cleaning Hours:
Approx. 11-14 hours per week spent on-site servicing accounts.
Total Paid Hours:
Approx. 13-16 hours per week (This includes your 100% paid travel time and supply logistics!).
Residential Shifts:
Alternating bi-weekly family homes in Barrington and consistent accounts in Providence.
Commercial Shift:
One weekend cleaning shift at a professional, 2-level clinical medical facility in Providence.
Pay & Business Perks:
Starting Wage:
$20.00 / hour during a 3-month trial period (with regular performance reviews moving forward).
Weekly Payday:
Direct payouts every single Monday.
Paid Travel Time:
All travel and supply logistics time driving from our Providence base to job locations is 100% paid.
Uniforms & Supplies:
3-4 high-quality scrub uniforms and all gentle, eco-friendly, non-toxic products are fully provided.
Hiring Requirements:
Proven hands-on experience in residential or detailed clinic/medical/commercial cleaning. Based in or very close to Providence with a reliable vehicle and an active driver's license. Clear communication skills, high reliability, and a helpful, positive attitude. Willingness to pass a standard background safety check and share professional references.
