JOB SUMMARY

Premium Event Staffing is hiring 3 strong, reliable movers for a one-day event gig on May 29 in Dallas, TX. This is a physical, heavy-lift role at an upscale wedding reception venue. You'll be handling a 336-lb pool table and a display case

• loading in, staging, and loading out at the end of the night. This is a great entry point into event work. Once you're in our system, you'll have access to ongoing W-2 shifts across Dallas
• servers, bartenders, setup/teardown, crowd control, ushers, ticket taking, and more.

SHIFT SCHEDULE

Shift 1 (Load In): 4:30 PM

• approx 8:30 PM Receive items from moving truck, dolly to freight elevator, transport to 17th floor.

Set up display case. Stage and fully assemble pool table at approx 7:00 PM once cocktail hour clears.

Free Time:

approx 8:30 PM

• 11:00 PM Remain on-site and available for load-out. Shift 2 (Load Out): 11:00 PM
• 12:00 AM Remove display case and pool table (intact, upright), transport back via freight elevator, return to moving truck.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Transport a 336-lb pool table and display case from a moving truck to the 17th floor via freight elevator Handle all items using a dolly

• pool table must remain upright at all times (cannot be moved on its side-rail; legs may be removed) Set up display case and stage/assemble pool table Return all items to the moving truck at end of event Represent Premium Event Staffing professionally throughout the shift

REQUIREMENTS

Heavy lift experience required

• you must be comfortable moving 300+ lb items as a crew Pool table moving experience strongly preferred
• must understand how to handle a pool table safely Professional appearance is mandatory
• this is an upscale wedding reception venue Must be available for the full shift window: 4:30 PM through midnight

Uniform:

black pants and black polo shirt

COMPENSATION

$175 flat rate for the full gig Access to ongoing shifts once onboarded
