Job Summary We are seeking a dependable and physically capable Junk Removal Specialist to join our team. This role involves removing unwanted items from residential and commercial properties, ensuring efficient and safe disposal. The ideal candidate will have strong customer service skills, experience with various loading and driving tasks, and the ability to handle heavy lifting. This position offers an active work environment with opportunities to develop skills in transportation and logistics. Responsibilities Safely load, unload, and transport junk and debris from client locations using appropriate equipment such as pallet jacks or forklifts. Operate box trucks or other commercial vehicles with manual transmission for route driving and deliveries. Provide excellent customer service by interacting professionally with clients during pickups and drop-offs. Manage route schedules efficiently to ensure timely pickups and deliveries. Assist with heavy lifting, moving items, and clearing debris from various sites. Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in all work areas and vehicles. Follow all safety protocols related to driving, lifting, and operating power tools Perform routine vehicle inspections and report any maintenance issues promptly. Skills Proven experience in customer service, warehouse operations, or delivery driving preferred. Experience operating a box truck or similar commercial vehicle with manual transmission. Ability to perform heavy lifting and physical moving tasks safely. Familiarity with equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, or similar tools is a plus. Strong driving skills, including route driving and courier experience. Excellent time management skills to adhere to scheduled routes. Good communication skills for interacting professionally with clients and team members. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; This position requires physical stamina, attention to safety procedures, and a customer-focused attitude to ensure efficient junk removal services while maintaining high standards of professionalism.
