The ideal candidate will have experience in working with various concrete applications, ensuring high-quality finishes on construction projects. This role requires a strong understanding of concrete techniques and the ability to work effectively on construction sites. The candidate should maintain professionalism to ensure the highest level of service to our customers and team members. Responsibilities Spread, level, and smooth concrete surfaces using various tools Prepare and set up work areas for concrete pouring, including formwork and reinforcement. Operate various types of trucks and equipment Maintain a clean and organized work environment Transport equipment and materials Coordinate with Whitworth On-Site Concrete, LLC. drivers Qualifications Valid Driver's License Have previous experience in construction Operate and work around heavy equipment and machinery Ability to work outdoors in diverse environments Work while standing or sitting for several hours at a time Must be able to work in various heights/depths Must be able to lift/carry up to 50+ pounds Knowledge of concrete mixing and pouring techniques Must demonstrate excellent auditory comprehension and clear spoken communication abilities to maintain a safe work environment Physical Demands Must be able to lift and/or move 50+ pounds Standing and walking on uneven surfaces. Repetitive motion with hand, wrist, feet, head and shoulders.
