Foreman Job Description Join our dynamic team of foundation construction workers to build heavy capacity scale foundations. This role involves tasks such as excavating foundations, grading, erecting forms and rebar, finishing concrete, and operating power tools and equipment. The position is ideal for individuals with limited experience in general construction who are looking to grow. Safety is a top priority, and you will be expected to complete all required safety courses under the direction of the job foreman. You are responsible for providing transportation to the Fairbanks construction office and may travel with the crew in company vehicles. Responsibilities Excavate foundations and perform grading. Erect forms and rebar for concrete structures. Finish concrete surfaces and operate power tools and equipment. Complete work in a safe and effective manner. Participate in required safety courses. Essential Skills Concrete experience, including finishing, setting forms, pouring, and finishing concrete. Ability to set and tie rebar. Why Work Here? Work Environment Our work is predominantly project-based, with a focus in Arkansas, Tennessee, and Louisiana. Most jobs are scheduled Monday through Friday, with weekends at home, although occasional weekend work may be required. The role involves outdoor work in varying weather conditions and working collaboratively with a crew. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of White Hall, AR. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $25.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
