If you're looking to join a team that values your skills and offers opportunities for growth, Bowman Concrete is the place for you. We are seeking an experienced Concrete Foreman to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial concrete work, with the ability to read and interpret construction plans, finish concrete, set forms, and manage a team of employees effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
Read and interpret construction plans for commercial projects. Oversee and perform concrete finishing, including smoothing and leveling surfaces. Set forms and ensure accurate alignment and stability. Manage and supervise a team of employees, ensuring work is completed efficiently and to high standards. Ensure all work meets safety and quality standards.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Concrete Foreman on commercial jobs. Strong knowledge of concrete finishing techniques and form-setting. Ability to manage and lead a team effectively. Valid driver's license.
Bonus:
Ability to speak Spanish is a plus.
Compensation:
