Landscaper/Concrete Finisher

Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Landscaper/Concrete Finisher to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for transforming outdoor spaces and ensuring the quality and durability of concrete installations. Your expertise will help create beautiful, functional landscapes and hardscape features that enhance our clients' properties. Duties Prepare sites by clearing debris, grading soil, and setting foundations for landscaping or concrete work Finish concrete surfaces with precision using hand tools, power tools, and specialized equipment such as trowels, screeds, and mixers Install hardscape features including patios, walkways, retaining walls, and other decorative elements Maintain and operate machinery such as excavators, skid steers, or other construction equipment safely and efficiently Perform landscape maintenance tasks including mowing, trimming trees, pruning shrubs, applying irrigation systems, and lawn care Conduct landscape planting, gardening, tree care (trimming and removal), and snow plowing during seasonal needs Ensure all work meets safety standards while maintaining a clean and organized work site Qualifications Proven experience in landscaping, concrete finishing, or related construction fields Mechanical knowledge of tools such as hand tools, power tools, and landscaping equipment Familiarity with lawn care practices, irrigation systems, horticulture principles, and garden maintenance Ability to operate heavy machinery including excavators or similar construction equipment safely Knowledge of landscape maintenance techniques like tree trimming, mowing, snow plowing, and hardscape installation Strong attention to detail with excellent manual dexterity for precise finishing work Physical stamina to perform outdoor tasks in various weather conditions for extended periods Join us if you're passionate about creating stunning outdoor environments!
