Full-time Candidates:
Should have at least 10 years of concrete structural foreman experience Must be team, solution, and safety oriented Must be able to read and understand structural drawings, specifications, civil plans, and survey markings OSHA 30 certification required (or willingness to obtain within 90 days of hire) Must pass pre-employment drug screen Must have a valid driver's license and a satisfactory driving record Must be US citizen or have verifiable legal immigrant status Must be bilingual and proficient in spoken and writtenEnglish Additional Positive Attributes:

Direct daily activities of concrete crews (4-15 workers) across all phases of structural concrete operations Interpret and execute work from structural drawings, shop drawings, and project specifications Coordinate forming, rebar placement, embedments, pour sequencing, and finishing operations Monitor concrete placement, vibration, curing, and stripping procedures Enforce all OSHA, general contractor, and company safety standards; conduct daily toolbox talks and job hazard assessments Communicate daily with the project superintendent and project manager on progress and issues Track and control material quantities, tool inventory, and subcontractor coordination on site Mentor and develop finishers and laborers Complete daily logs, time cards, and safety documentationBenefits:
