Pergola Builder/Framer

Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Framer to join our construction team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in various aspects of construction, including framing and concrete. This position requires a hands-on approach to building structures and the ability to work collaboratively with other tradespeople to ensure quality workmanship and adherence to project timelines. Responsibilities Construct and install aluminum and steel frameworks for pergolas, including posts, media walls, and roofs. Collaborate with project managers and other trades to ensure accurate execution of plans. Perform tasks related to metal building erection and concrete finishing as needed. Conduct masonry work as required for various projects. Ensure compliance with safety regulations while performing heavy lifting and operating tools. Maintain a clean and organized work environment throughout the duration of each project. Experience Proven experience in construction management or as a carpenter is preferred. Familiarity with metal building techniques is a plus. Experience in concrete finishing is highly desirable. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail are essential for success in this role. Ability to read blueprints and follow technical drawings accurately.
