This energetic role offers the opportunity to work on a variety of projects, from commercial buildings, residential buildings, to renovation sites, utilizing your skills in concrete finishing, masonry, and general labor. Pay will be determined based on experience Responsibilities Prepare and set up forms, rebar, and reinforcement materials for concrete pours, ensuring accuracy according to blueprints and schematics Operate power tools, hand tools, concrete mixers, and concrete pumps to pour and finish concrete surfaces with precision Finish concrete by smoothing, leveling, and texturing surfaces using trowels, floats, and other finishing tools Install rebar and metal studs for structural support in various construction projects Assist with heavy lifting and moving materials around the site safely and efficiently Read blueprints and schematics to understand project specifications and ensure proper execution Operate heavy equipment including forklifts or other machinery required on-site for material handling or site preparation Maintain a clean and safe work environment by following safety protocols and inspecting tools and equipment regularly Requirements Proven experience in construction site work with knowledge of concrete finishing, rebar installation, or masonry preferred Mechanical knowledge related to power tools, hand tools, concrete mixers, and heavy equipment operation Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings accurately Physical strength for heavy lifting, standing for long periods, and performing manual labor tasks efficiently Familiarity with safety standards on construction sites including caulking, roofing support, framing carpentry, metal stud framing, restoration work or renovation projects is a plus Valid driver's license for commercial driving or operating heavy equipment may be required depending on project needs Strong teamwork skills with the ability to follow detailed instructions and communicate effectively with team members This role offers an exciting opportunity to grow your skills in the construction industry while working on impactful projects.
