Job Description

Concrete Finisher/Form Setter - CGL Builders CGL Builders is looking for an experienced Concrete Finisher to join our growing team. We specialize in structural and site concrete construction, including slabs, sidewalks, curbs, foundations, and commercial concrete projects.
Responsibilities:
Finish and smooth poured concrete surfaces Set forms, check grades, and ensure proper alignment Edge, groove, broom, and apply surface finishes Operate hand and power finishing tools Assist with concrete placement and vibration Follow project plans and foreman direction Maintain quality, safety, and production standards
Requirements:
2+ years concrete finishing experience Experience with commercial/site concrete preferred Ability to read basic plans and grades Reliable transportation Strong work ethic and punctuality Ability to work outdoors and lift 50+ lbs
Preferred:
Experience with sidewalks, curbs, slab-on-grade, and structural concrete OSHA 10 (or willing to obtain)
