In this energetic position, you will be responsible for applying high-quality concrete coatings, ensuring durability, aesthetic appeal, and customer satisfaction. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on diverse projects, from residential driveways to large-scale commercial surfaces, utilizing your skills in construction and finishing techniques. Responsibilities Prepare concrete surfaces by cleaning, grinding, and repairing to ensure optimal coating adhesion. Mix and apply various concrete coatings, including polyurea, epoxy, polyaspartic, and decorative finishes, following project specifications and schematics. Use hand tools and power tools to perform surface preparation, coating application, and finishing tasks efficiently. Perform surface repairs. Maintain safety standards on construction sites by using proper personal protective equipment (PPE) and adhering to safety protocols. Collaborate with team members on projects, restoration efforts, or new construction sites to meet deadlines and quality standards. Qualifications Prior experience in construction or concrete finishing is highly desirable. Familiarity with power tools including grinders, and other construction equipment. Excellent problem-solving skills combined with handyman experience for troubleshooting issues quickly on-site.
