- Full-time Job Overview We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Commercial Structural/Site Concrete Assistant Project Manager/Project Manager (APM/PM) to lead and oversee concrete construction projects within the commercial/DSA sector.

Responsibilities Coordinate and supervise all phases of commercial concrete projects, including planning, scheduling, and execution. Collaborate with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings for accurate project delivery. Oversee the installation of rebar, formwork, and concrete pouring operations using various power tools and heavy equipment. Ensure adherence to safety standards and construction codes across all project sites while promoting a culture of safety among team members. Manage procurement of materials such as concrete mixers, hand tools, scaffolding, and other construction supplies needed for each project phase. Conduct quality control inspections on concrete finishing, masonry work, stucco application, tile laying, flooring installation, and other related tasks. Maintain detailed project documentation including progress reports, change orders, schematics updates, and site logs to track milestones and budgets effectively. Skills Strong mechanical knowledge related to concrete mix designs, heavy equipment operation, power tools, and hand tools used in construction. Extensive experience in construction estimating, blueprint reading, schematics interpretation, and project planning. Proficiency in rebar installation, formwork setup, concrete pumping techniques, and finishing methods such as plastering or caulking. Knowledge of masonry practices including metal stud framing, frame carpentry, roofing systems, restoration techniques, and renovation processes. Ability to operate heavy machinery safely while demonstrating expertise in heavy lifting and site logistics management. Skilled in the use of construction site safety protocols with a focus on compliance with OSHA standards. Excellent communication skills for coordinating teams effectively across multiple trades such as carpentry, masonry, welding, tile laying or flooring installation.
