We specialize in high-performance residential and commercial flooring systems including urethane cement, polished concrete, grind & seal, epoxy, and specialty decorative finishes. We are hiring a Lead Installer to oversee job sites, ensure quality control, and help train crew members. This is a leadership role for someone who takes ownership from start to finish and holds high standards for safety, workmanship, and professionalism. Compensation & Benefits Competitive pay (based on experience and leadership level) Overtime required when projects demand it Performance bonuses Tips Paid Time Off (PTO) Sick Days Paid Holidays 401(k) Medical, Dental, Vision benefits Ongoing training Growth opportunities Weekends off Drinks and snacks provided Professional team environment Leadership Responsibilities Lead job sites from start to completion Supervise and train installers Ensure materials are mixed and applied correctly Maintain strict quality control standards Identify and manage jobsite risks and limitations Communicate directly with customers professionally Ensure safe operation of all equipment and vehicles Maintain job timelines and production efficiency Enforce company safety and conduct policies Technical Responsibilities Troweled cove base installation Urethane Cement (UC Cement) systems Polished concrete systems Grind and Seal systems Marble / metallic epoxy floor systems Surface prep, crack repair, moisture mitigation Operate concrete grinders, buffers, and HEPA vacuums Diagnose and troubleshoot coating failures Requirements Strong experience in concrete coatings or related trade Prior leadership or crew lead experience preferred Experience with epoxy and/or other concrete toppers required Valid California Driver's License Clean driving record Able to operate heavy grinding equipment safely Able to lift 50+ lbs Must be able to work until job completion (overtime required, sometimes without advance notice) Professional communication skills No drugs. No alcohol. Must be fit for duty at all times.
